Virginia Andrews

Virginia Brock Andrews, age 85, of Columbus, MS, passed away November 12, 2024, at Garden Hill Assisted Living. Graveside services will be Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Egger Cemetery of Caledonia, MS. Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

 Mrs. Andrews was born February 4, 1939, in Lamar County, AL, to the late O. C. and Lora Weaver Brock. She was a 1957 graduate of Caledonia High School and Mississippi University for Women. Mrs. Andrews was a lifelong resident of Lowndes County, was a former employee of the Lowndes County Sheriff's Department, and lifetime member of the Caledonia Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas H. Andrews, and son, Thomas H. Andrews, Jr.

 Survivors include her son, Wes Andrews of Columbus, MS, daughter, Mona Taylor of Crestview, FL, brothers, Frank Brock, Olen Brock, and Robert Brock, all of Caledonia, MS, brother-in-law, John Andrews of Caledonia, MS, seven grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
