TONY ROSE - George Anthony "Tony" Rose, age 54, of Columbus, MS, passed away January 14, 2024, at his residence.  A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.  Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Rose was born February 25, 1969, in Columbus, MS, to the late Roy G. and Janice Collins Rose, Jr.  He was a graduate of Caledonia High School and attended the Steens First Baptist Church.  Tony was the manager of the Hitching Lot Farmers Market of Columbus for 13 years.
He is survived by his brother, Richard Rose and his family of Petal, MS.
