Teresa Lynn Rector Flores, age 63, of Pearl, MS, formerly of Columbus, MS, passed away November 13, 2019, at her residence.  Funeral services will be Sunday, November 17, 2019, at 3:00 PM at Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home Chapel College St. location with Rev. Steve Lammons officiating.  The interment will immediately follow at Friendship Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until the time of the service.

Mrs. Flores was born July 8, 1956, in Biloxi, MS, to the late George B. Jones and Barbara Carley of Steens, MS.  She was a graduate of S. D. Lee High School and also was a member of the first graduating class of the MUW School of Nursing.  Mrs. Flores formerly owned and operated Baskin Robbins of Columbus and Starkville.  While living in Pearl, she formerly managed Dragos and was the event coordinator and hospitality manager of the Hilton Hotel of Jackson.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Brandon.  In addition to her father, Mrs. Flores was preceded in death by her brother, George Ronald Jones.

In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Domingo Flores of Pearl, MS, sister, Deborah Campbell and her husband Ken of Columbus, MS, brother, Chris White and his wife Amy of Columbus, MS, and nephews, Neal White, Colby White, Jason Edmondson, David Edmondson, and Joe Edmondson.

Pallbearers will be Bert Rector, Neal White, Jason Edmondson, David Edmondson, Rhett Edmondson, and Johnny Wright.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Holmes, Joe Staton, Steve Ellis, Rory Sneed, and Anna Williamson.
