Ted Richards

William Terry "Ted" Richards, age 77, of Columbus, MS, passed away January 8, 2025, at his residence. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

 Mr. Richards was born October 10, 1947, in Columbus, MS, to the late Henry Guy and Murla Estelle Studdard Richards, Sr. He was a graduate of S. D. Lee High School. Mr. Richards was a veteran of Vietnam and Desert Storm and retired from the United States Army National Guard as a First Sergeant. Mr. Richards worked for Waters Truck & Tractor for many years.

 Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Donna Steers Richards of Columbus, MS, children, Kim Richards of Columbus, MS, Shane Richards of Columbus, MS, Clint Richards of Columbus, MS, Shelbi Quinn of Wellington, FL, and Traci Garner and her husband Dray of Royal Palm Beach, FL, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
