Taggart Edmond Burns, 8 months, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at his residence in Columbus. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the funeral home.
Taggart was born on September 8, 2021 in Amory, MS to Thomas and Ashley Burns.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Burns; great grandparents, Verbon and Ann Atkins, Henry and Rose Young, and Gloria Schneider; great aunts, Gail Culpepper and Debbie Mason; and great uncle, Joe Mason.
In addition to his parents, Taggart is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Burns; grandparents, Traci Crowder, and Glynn and Sherrill Culpepper; great grandfather, Gerald Schneider; aunts and uncles, Victoria Culpepper, Reed and Sarah Dyess, Josh and Cherra Carden, Jason and Pamela Watson; great aunts and uncles Carroll Culpepper, and John and Christy Hollier.
