Sue Inez Rickman Miller

SUE INEZ MILLER - Sue Inez Rickman Miller, age 86, of Steens, MS, passed away March 8, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services will be Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Memorial Gunter Peel Chapel with Rex Kilpatrick officiating and Phillip Rickman assisting.  The interment will immediately follow at Lone Oak Cemetery of Steens.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.

Mrs. Miller was born December 19, 1935, in Lamar County, AL, to the late Edgar and Mintie Smith Rickman.  She retired from Chromalox of Vernon then worked at the MUW cafeteria for a number of years.  Mrs. Miller was a member of the Lone Oak Church of Christ and in addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melton Miller.

Survivors include her son, Melton "Buzz" Miller, Jr. of Reform, AL, daughters, Sandra Reynolds and her husband Jerry of Steens, MS, Debra Hill of Sulligent, AL, Linda Perrigan and her husband Marty of Villa Rica, GA, Pamela Miller of Norman, OK, and Kimberly Miller of Columbus, MS, 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
