Sadie Louise Brewer

Sadie Louise Brewer, age 92 died Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Windsor Place Nursing & Rehab Center in Columbus. Services will be held Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Main Street Presbyterian Church with Rev. Todd Matocha officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus. Arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory, 2nd Ave. North Location.

Mrs. Brewer was born on Thursday, November 11, 1926 in Crawford, MS to the late Roy and Stella Triplett Williams. She graduated from Lee High School in 1944 and married Percy Baxter Brewer in 1947.  She was a member of Main Street Presbyterian Church and a homemaker. Sadie was 1 of 10 children and the last of her siblings to pass.  Her life was centered around her husband, her children, and her church.  In addition to her parents and siblings, she was preceded in death by her husband, Percy Baxter Brewer.

She is survived by her sons: Allan Brewer (Kitty) of  Columbus, MS,  Stan Brewer (Cindy) of Tupelo, MS and Steve Brewer (Ellen) of Huntsville, AL; 5 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
