Robert Clyde McMillen of Dallas, Texas

Robert Clyde McMillen, 58, died August 25,  2020, in Dallas, Texas. A family graveside ser vice will be held in October at Memorial Gardens  Cemetery. Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home  & Crematory, 2nd Avenue North location, is in  charge of his service.

He was born Jan. 29, 1962, in Columbus, MS,  and was the son of Bobby and LaNelle Garner  McMillen. In addition to his parents, he is also  survived by his daughter, Rachel Gott (Daniel) of  Murfreesboro, TN, and a grandson, Cooper Gott  of Murfreesboro, TN. In addition, he leaves his  sisters Lynne Rosamond (Bill) of Columbus, MS,  and Lisa Sykes (Clay) of Brevard, NC. He was  predeceased by his brother, Bradley McMillen.

Robert was a 1980 graduate of Lee High  School. He also attended MS State University.  He was formerly employed as an electrician. He  enjoyed music and football and was a lifelong fan  of the Dallas Cowboys. He was very proud of his  daughter, Rachel, and her accomplishments.
