RICHARD “DICK” LANKE

Richard Leroy “Dick” Lanke, age 90 died Monday, August 26, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Graveside services with U.S. Army Honors will be held Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Friendship Cemetery with Rev. B.J. Chain officiating.

Mr. Lanke was born on Friday, July 05, 1929 in Town of Lake, WI to the late Edward and Evelyn Schmidt Lanke. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and a U.S. Army Veteran having served in the Korean Conflict. He retired after 26 years with Bryan Foods of West Point, and also worked with Crider Foods. Mr. Lanke always placed others wants and needs before his own.
