Peggy Ann Berry

ANN BERRY- Peggy Ann Wells Berry, age 87, passed away January 26, 2023, at Garden Hill Assisted Living.  Graveside services will be Monday January 30, 2023, at 2:30 PM, at Memorial Gardens of Columbus, with Rev. Mike Dalton officiating.  Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory.

Mrs. Berry, was born April 11, 1935, in Clarkston, MS, to the late Curtis and Blanch Tabb Wells.  She was a graduate of Cumberland High School of Maben MS.  Mrs. Berry retired from United Technologies and was a long time member of McBee Baptist Church.  She enjoyed gospel singing and going on bus tours.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Berry, Jr.

She is survived by her son Jimmy D Berry, of Columbus MS.
