Myrtle Abbott

Myrtle Louise Abbott, age 72 died Monday, April 01, 2019 at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis TN. Services will be held Saturday, April 06, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Memorial Gunter Peel 2 ^nd Ave N Chapel with Bro. John Maxey officiating, burial will follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10:00 service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Abbott was born on Friday, December 20, 1946 in Sevierville, TN to the late     Issac and Dicie Alice Carr Floyd. She was of the Methodist faith and was a retired food service employee at Columbus Air Force Base. She was an animal lover, especially her dog Oscar. Mrs. Abbott enjoyed watching and feeding her birds in the mornings, and working in her rose garden. On April 20 ^th of this years she and her beloved husband Charles would have celebrated their 54 ^th year of marriage.
