MAVIS KERR

Mavis Catherine Kerr, age 85 died Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Windsor Place Nursing & Rehab Center in Columbus. A private graveside service will be held at Memorial Gardens of Columbus; with Minister Tim Childs officiating.

Mrs. Kerr was born on Monday, March 04, 1935 in Newton, MS to the late T.J.  and Oza Mae Germany Bounds. She was a member of 1 ^st Christian Church,
Columbus, and a retired bookkeeper having worked at W.C. Hollis Accounting and Waters Truck and Tractor. Mrs. Kerr was an avid reader and had accumulated many books over her lifetime. She loved to watch cooking shows, then trying the recipes out on her husband Buddy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, T.J. Bounds, Jr., and Thomas Eugene Bounds,
