Maurice Edward Haney of Columbus, Mississippi

October 6, 1938 - April 11, 2019

Maurice Edward Haney, beloved husband of Carolyn Brown Haney, passed away early morning at Baptist Memorial Hospital on April 11, 2019.

He was a graduate of Winfield High, Winfield AL. and Mississippi State University .

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Brown Haney of Columbus MS, his son Keith  Edward   Haney of Corinth, MS and his daughter Deborah Lyn Thomas of Littleton, New Hanpshire.

Maurice worked at Marvin's, Lowes, Ace and for 27 years co-owned Stonegate Gallery in Columbus with his wife, Carolyn.

Visitation will be held at Memorial Funeral Home in Columbus  April 14, from 4:00 til 6:00 pm.
