Kathy Smith age 61 passed away Sunday March 7, 2021 at her residence in Hamilton, MS. Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory, 2nd Ave N Location has been entrusted with arrangements. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date

She was born on December 6, 1959 in Florida to the late Billy Wayne and Katherine Bailey Shepherd.  She was retired from Sanderson Plumbing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Wayne Shepherd.  She is survived by her husband Tim Smith, Hamilton, MS,  daughters: Karen Wright of Stratford, CN, Toni Smith of Nettleton, MS, and Synthia Smith of Orange, TX; six grandchildren: Taylor, Tyler, Bailey, Mikensie, Michael and Mitchell; and one great grandchild: Avery.
