Joyce Frances Dunser of Columbus, Mississippi

October 8, 1940 - July 31, 2019

Joyce Frances Evans Dunser, age 78, of Columbus, MS, passed away July 31, 2019, at her residence.  A mass of the Resurrection  will be said Saturday, August 3, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Annunciation Catholic Church with Father Jeffrey Waldrep, celebrant.  The interment will immediately follow at Friendship Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until the time of the service.  Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory 2 ^nd Ave. North location is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Dunser was born October 8, 1940, in Denver, CO, to the late Clifford E. and Elmira Wagner Evans.  She retired from Walmart after working there for many years and was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Dunser and son, Joseph Edward Dunser.

Survivors include her sons, Anthony Robert Dunser and his wife Maria of Columbus, MS, and William Charles Dunser and his wife Laura of Columbus, MS, daughters, Teresa Dunser Walker and her husband Glenn of Charleston, SC, Caroline Dunser Sudduth and her husband Donnie Joe of Steens, MS, and Ann Elizabeth Taylor and her husband Ed of Chatham, AL, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
