Joshua Wayne “Josh” Jourdan, age 33, of Columbus, MS, passed away October 7, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Friday, October 11, 2019, at 3:00 PM at Memorial Gunter Peel Chapel 2 nd Ave. location with Rev. Ryan Thorn and Tony Montgomery officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until the time of the service.
Josh was born December 1, 1985, in Columbus, MS, to Wayne and Nita Linnville Jourdan of Columbus, MS. He graduated from Columbus High School and Mississippi University for Women and attended Belmont University of Nashville, TN.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his daughter, Ave Jade Jourdan of Columbus, MS, sister, Jennifer Jourdan Edwards of Columbus, MS, and Paternal Grandmother, Marguerite Jourdan of Columbus, MS.
Pallbearers will be Trent Thompson, Brian Thompson, Cody Thompson, Brad Montgomery, Tony Montgomery, and David Montgomery.
