MARGARET JOSEPHINE (JO) SANDIDGE ENLOW

Margaret Josephine Sandidge Enlow age 99, died Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Trinity Healthcare Center in Columbus, MS.

Services will be held Saturday February 5, 2022, at 2:00, p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home, 716 Second Ave North, Columbus, MS, with Rev. Byron Benson officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 1:00pm until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Margaret Josephine Sandidge Enlow was born Tuesday, September 26, 1922, in Brookhaven, Mississippi to the late William Scott Sandidge, Jr. and Nannie Jo Lane Sandidge. She was preceded in death by her five (5) siblings.

Margaret Josephine S. Enlow and Dillard T. Enlow were married 62 years. She was a loving wife and mother, a caring homemaker, cherished by her family and community, and was a dedicated member of East End Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents and siblings she was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Dillard T. Enlow, and their daughter, Brenda Margaret Enlow Perkins Bradshaw.

Mrs. Enlow is survived by four of her five children:

Nancy Enlow Cross (Gerald W. Cross) of Phoenix, AZ

Glenn Enlow (Judy) of Caledonia, MS

Deborah Enlow Sloan (David) of Decatur, AL.

Scott Enlow (Lydia) of Columbus, MS

Mrs. Enlow is survived by nine (9) of her grandchildren:

Kelly Jo Perkins Barrett of Washington, DC; Timothy John Perkins of Austin, TX.

Shae Brandon Cross of Fort Lauderdale, FL; Spencer Lane Cross of Phoenix, AZ.

Brian Enlow of Manghum, LA; Tammy Marie Warren of West Point, MS.

David C. Sloan, III of Decatur AL; Mary Margaret Sloan Mitchell of Athens, AL.

Kalie Enlow Poole of Columbus, MS.

Additionally, Mrs. Enlow is survived by twenty-three (23) great-grandchildren and four (4) great-great grandchildren.
