Joe William Dollar Jr. age 68, died Thursday, April 30, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Graveside services will be held Sunday May 3, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Friendship Cemetery, with Pastor Sam Vaughan officiating. A family visitation will be held Sunday May 3, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the 716 2nd Ave N location of Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home
Joe was born on Friday, June 29, 1951 in Union, MS to the late Joe William Dollar, Sr. and Olive Backstrom Dollar. He was a member of Victory Fellowship Church and a writer of children’s books.
