Helen Joyce Brantley age 74, died Thursday July 8, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus.

Services will be held Sunday, July 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the 903 College Street Chapel of Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Eads officiating, burial will follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus. Visitation will be held Saturday July 10, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again Sunday one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Joyce was born on Thursday, July 11, 1946 in Columbus, MS to the late Richard L. and Mildred Blaxton Montgomery.  She was a 1964 graduate of Lee High School, a seamstress, and a retired Nutritionist for the Lowndes County School System.

Husband - Robert L. Brantley, Columbus, MS

Daughter - Monica Nabors (Jimmy), Columbus, MS

Son - Richey Brantley (Gwen), Columbus, MS

Sister - Brenda Harris, Columbus, MS

Grandchildren- Lysa Sandlin, (Dakota), Brandon Nabors, (Dakota) , Brittney Brantley, (Anthony Corbell), Brandi Hardin, (Jayce), Chris Lannon, (Lexi Hendrix), Bailey Shepperd, (Brandon Birmingham)

Great Grandchildren:

Landry Crenshaw, Parker Kate Crenshaw, Brighton Corbell, Brantley Hardin, Chandler Hardin, Miller Lannon, Preston Shepperd, Ryleigh Corbell, Remi Lannon, Colton Corbell, AnRylie Sandlin, Fischer Sandlin, and Lola Rowdy Sandlin
