FAYE MULLICAN – Faye Smith Prowell Mullican, age 93, of Steens, MS, passed away April 20, 2020, at her residence. A family graveside service will be held on Friday, April 24, 2020, at Egger Cemetery of Caledonia, MS. Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory 716 2nd Ave. North location is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Mullican was born December 21, 1926, in Monroe County, MS, to the late James Albert and Florence Smith. She was formerly employed with Seminole Manufacturing and was a member of Forest Baptist Church of Ethelsville, AL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, J. B. Prowell, Sr. and Jack Mullican, two sisters, two brothers, and one grandson.
Survivors include her children, J. B. Prowell, Jr. and Nettie Mae Long, three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
