ELLA VAUGHAN
Ella Mae Vaughan, age 77 died Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Services will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the 903 College Street Chapel of Memorial Gunter Peel Chapel with Minister Tim Gentle officiating, burial will follow at Lone Oak Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday February 24, 2020 from 5 until 7 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Vaughan was born on Thursday, July 30, 1942 in the Piney Grove Community, Alabama to the late Luther Edward and Sylvia Nevitus Bush, Sr. She was a member of Steens Church of Christ and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Franklin Delanor “Sonny” Vaughan, and her brother Charles Bush.
