ELEANOR KING

Eleanor Chism King age 84 died Saturday October 3, 2020 at Trinity Healthcare in Columbus. A graveside service will be held Sunday October 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Bill Webb officiating.

Mrs. King was born on March 9, 1936 in Lowndes County, Mississippi to the late Roy Chism and Minnie Lampkin Chism. She lived her entire life in Columbus, and taught and played music for 67 years. She was a longtime member of Immanuel Baptist Church and Grace Baptist Church where she played the piano and organ for many years.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Kenneth King.
