DOROTHY LEE

Dorothy Jenkins Lee, age 79, of Columbus, MS , passed away May 21, 2021, at her residence.  Funeral services will be Monday, May 24, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Kolola Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Don Harding officiating.  The interment will immediately follow at Woodlawn Cemetery of Steens, MS.  Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at the church.  Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory 716 2 ^nd Ave. North location is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lee was born October 13, 1941, in Bogalusa, LA, to the late Lee Jenkins and Doreatha Jenkins.  She was a member of Kolola Springs Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Edward Lee.

Survivors include her daughters, Angela Lee Woodroof and her husband Kirk of Old Hickory, TN, Rebecca Lee Brown and her husband Jason of Columbus, MS, and Martha Breland Harris and her husband Devin of Winfield, AL, brother, Stanley Jenkins and his wife Lisa of Petal, MS, sister, Carolyn Fairley of Petal, MS, grandchildren, Jason Keith Brown and his wife Sarah, Rachel Brown Caldwell and her husband Allen, and Lauren Breland, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Keith Brown, Allen Caldwell, Steve Stringer, and Raymond Hackler.

Memorials may be made to Life Choices Pregnancy Care Center, 112 7 ^th St. North, Columbus, MS, 39701 .
