Charlotte Kay Swoope

Charlotte Kay Swoope, age 53, died Tuesday, November, 15 2022. A graveside service for the family will be held Sunday, November 20, 2022, with Dr. James Shull officiating.
Kay was born December 2, 1968, in Columbus, Mississippi. She was a member of Main Street Presbyterian Church, employee of Mississippi State University, and an active member of Daughters of the American Revolution.
Kay was preceded in death by her son, Christopher McDowell. She is survived by her parents, Charles and Shirley Swoope and Johnnie Kay Covington; daughter, Talor Elizabeth Zwark, grandchildren, Kristopher and Harper. She is also survived by her sisters Mary (Steve) Morabito and Sally (David) Lee; nephews, Alex Morabito and David Lee, niece Mary Lee and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Main Street Presbyterian Church (PO Box 26 Columbus, MS 39703).
