Charles Dalton “Sam” Chunn  age 77, died Sunday, December 22, 2019 at his residence in Columbus. Services will be held Friday, December 27, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the 716 2 ^nd Ave North Chapel of Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home with Allen Jones and Clyde Hollis officiating, burial will follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus. Visitation will be held Friday from 12:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Chunn was born on Sunday, December 13, 1942 in Louisville, MS to the late     Lucius Lamar and Lois Miles Chunn. He was a retired fireman for the City of Columbus and was also an automobile salesman. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Paul Chunn.
