ANNE SANDERS ADAIR

Mrs. Anne S. Adair, 97, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus.  Graveside services will be held Sunday at 2:00pm at Friendship Cemetery.  Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory, College Street Location is handling arrangements.

Anne was born on June 5, 1923 to the late J.E. Sanders and Pearl Loftis Sanders.  She was a long time member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Columbus.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Adair was preceded in death by her husband, Elton Adair, her brother Arnett Sanders and his wife, Amy, and her sister, Irma Sanders.

She is survived by her 3 sons: Mike Adair and his wife, Pam, Pat Adair and his wife, Becki, and Scott Adair and his wife Bonnie,  8 grandchildren: Jordan Adair, Josh Adair, Ryan Adair, Alex Adair, Adam Adair, Susan Baird, Ed Greene, and Christopher Adair, and 3 great grandchildren: Kyle Baird, Sam Baird, and Cade Baird.

Sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are the nurses and staff of Baptist Memorial Hospital and Trinity Healthcare staff.
