Patricia Ann Pat Bean Sanders, age 72, died Saturday, July 16, 2011 at North MS Medical Center in West Point. Arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home. A Memorial service will be held Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 5:00 PM at Old Aberdeen Road Church of Christ in West Point with Terry Butler and Kenny White officiating. Visitation will be after the service, beginning at 6:00 PM. Following her wishes, her body has been cremated. The daughter of the late Langford and Johnnie Parrish Bean, Mrs. Sanders was born Thursday, December 1, 1938 in Starkville, MS. She grew up in Atlanta, GA and graduated from high school there. She was a very active member of Old Aberdeen Road Church of Christ, participating in the Ladies programs as well as other church programs. Her church, home and family were the most important aspects of her life. Mrs. Sanders was predeceased by her parents, brothers Bob and Joe Bean and her daughter Kelly Sanders who died in January, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 53 years Edward E. Buddy Sanders and her daughter Sherri White (Kenny), all of West Point and grandsons Brooks White, Kyle White and Seth White and great grandchildren Christopher White, Kylie Ann White and Karleigh Grace White.
