Rubye Agnes Robertson Columbus, MS - Rubye Agnes Robertson 88 died March 2, 2006 at Windsor Place Nusing Home in Columbus. Mrs. Robertson was born on November 19, 1917 in Steens Mississippi to the late Andrew Jackson and Rubye Lucy Perkins Robertson. She graduated from Steens High School in 1936. She attended the World Wide Church of God. She worked at the Gulf Ordinance Plant in Prairie MS, during WWII, Seminole Manufacturing, Oscar Meyer Packing Co., Pruitt Photo Service, and retired from United Technologies. She was a member of the Genealogy Society. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers J.P. Robertson Sr., Owen Robertson, Douglas Robertson, and one sister Clareene R. Curtis. Funeral services will be Sunday March 5, 2006 at Two O'clock from Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Adrian Sanders officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home. Survivors include Sisters: Frances R. McCarty of Fayette AL, Annie R. Lagrone of Steens MS, Evelyn Wright of Columbus MS, Doris Richards of Mongomery AL Pallbearers will be J.P. Robertson, Jr., Ted Dahlem, Gene Swindoll, Jay Dahlem, David Rhudy, Doug Robertson, Jr., J.C. Perkins, . Honorary Pallbearers will be Lee Gallop, Tommy Vaughn, Charles Bush, Dr. John Stanback, Bobby Porter, Lardell Shaw, Arthur Burr, John Clark, F.B. Wheeler, JeRome Rectos, Bobby Hudson,, Roy Lee Lindsey, Tommy Betts, and Jeff Smith. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association P.O.
