INEZ HUNTER Ella Inez Hunter age 84 died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at her residence in Columbus. Services will be held Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Gillon officiating, burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service at the funeral home. Mrs. Hunter was born on Saturday, March 05, 1927 in Norton, Virginia to the late Ora and Mable Hobson McCoy. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Everette Hunter and her son Al Hunter. Survivors include: One Son: Steve Hunter (Gerri), Columbus, MS One Daughter: Carol Johnston (Brian), Germantown, TN One Sister: June Stidham, Norton, VA Two Brothers: Bill McCoy, Bristol, VA Raymond McCoy, Winter Haven, FL 6 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren The Pallbearers will be: Kenneth Pate, Richard Runnels, Brian Johnston, and Chris Johnston The Honorary Pallbearers will be: Joy Sunday School Class At Fairview Baptist Church In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: American Cancer Society 1380 Livingston Lane Jackson MS 39213
