Janie Callaway Talley Age 91 died May 17, 2007 at her daughter's Residence in Memphis, TN Services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Roy Hawkins Officiating burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, May 19, 2007 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Mrs. Talley was born on October 15, 1915 in Neshoba County to the late Harvey Charlie and Myrtle Ingram Cumberland. She was a longtime resident of Columbus and member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a former sales clerk for Crossley's Men's Store. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Major D. Callaway Jr. and her second husband Otha Talley. Daughter-Etoile Callaway Ward (Lucian) of Memphis, Tenn.
