Laura Ann Baker Columbus, MS - Laura Ann Baker 95 died May 23, 2006 at Windsor Place,Columbus, MS. Mrs. Baker was born in Arkansas on September 18, 1920 to the late Frank Pumphrey and Olive Hamilton Pumphrey. She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church and a former member of the 1st United Methodist Church in Malvern, Ak where she lived from 1932 to 1989. She married Lelus Baker on July 24, 1930, and was preceded in death by him on December 21, 1982. Graveside services will be Saturday May 27, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Rockport Cemetery (Malvern Arkansas) with the Rev. Beth Turner officiating. Visitation will be J.A. Funk Funeral Home Friday May 26 6:00 to 8:00.
