Christine Stone Fancher age 88 died Sunday, April 14, 2013 at The Arrington in Columbus. Services will be held Wednesday April 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Mrs. Fancher was born on Monday, June 02, 1924 in MS to the late Joseph Nelson and Manilla Stafford Stone. She was a member of the 7th Street Church of Christ and a retired employee of Mississippi University for Women. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Felix M. Fancher, Sr. Survivors include her two sons Felix M Fancher, Jr. (Debbie), Columbus, MS and Glyn Fancher (Maggie) Savannah, GA; brother Clovis Glenn Stone, Dallas, TX; four grandchildren Claire Robbins (Todd), Alice Duett(Jeff) Amanda Flewallen(Al) and Angie Fancher and five great grandchildren
