Mrs. Ella Lucille (Watkins) Millican, 91 ,of Starkville, MS passed away Saturday, January 27, 2007 at Oktibbeha County Hospital in Starkville, MS. Services are Monday, January 29, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home with be Bro. Steve Galloway officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens, in Columbus, MS. Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, January 29, 2007 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Mrs. Ella Lucille (Watkins) Millican was born on Tuesday, August 17, 1915, in , Sulligent Alabama to the late Della (Hollis) Watkins and Hilburn Watkins. She was an employee at Beneke and a member of Meadow View Baptist Church in Starkville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, C.G. (Pete) Millican, 3 sisters, and 1 brother. She is survived by her daughter, Frances Linley (Hugh) of Starkville; 3 sister-in-laws; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Steve Ward, Mark Ward, Mike Millican, Jackie Millican , Bradley Sumrall and Rufus Mason. Honorary Pallbearers will be Harold Linley, Harold Linley, Richard Linley, Patrick Linley, Dr. McKibben, Dr. Holliday, Dr. Erwin, Joe Creamer, James Wiginton, Bobby Brewer, and Foy Green.
