PANSY TURNER Pansy Ree Turner age 83 died Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Generations of Vernon in Vernon AL. Services will be held Sunday, October 03, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Raper officiating. Burial will follow at Wofford Cemetery in Lamar County. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday one hour prior to service. Mrs. Turner was born on Monday, January 17, 1927 in Lamar County, AL to the late Elbert Cebern and Ellie Mae Rickman Gunnels. She was a Methodist and a homemaker. She enjoyed needle pointing and reading. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Belton Paul Turner. Survivors include: Two Sons: Belton Turner (Dorothy Ann), Millport, AL Robert Earl Turner, Columbus, MS One Surviving Sister: Rachel Virginia McReynolds, Millport, AL 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
