JIMMY R. COLEMAN Jimmy Richard Coleman age 76 died Monday, August 06, 2012 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Columbus. Services will be held Thursday, August 09, 2012 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church with Rev. David Vise and Dr. Shawn Parker officiating, burial with full military honors will follow at 2:30 Thursday at Chamberlin Cemetery Preston MS. Visitation will be held at Memorial Funeral Home Wednesday, August 08, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Mr. Coleman was born on Friday, October 25, 1935 in Marianna, FL to the late Gordon Lee and Thelma Meadows Coleman. He was a member of First Baptist Church Columbus, and a 20 year U.S. Air Force Veteran having served in the Korean Conflict, and the Vietnam War. After serving his country, he worked in production at Ceco Engineering for 20 years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Bessie Clark Coleman, and his brother Miller Coleman. Survivors include: Two Sons: David L. Vise (Tammy), Fort Worth, TX Richard L.
