Mr. Albert Ogden Pierrot, III, 54, passed away Friday January 19, 2007 at Sanctuary hospice house in Tupelo, MS. Services will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Father Carlyle officiating. Visititation is one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Jennings Cemetery. Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Pierrot was born on August 10, 1952 in Rio de Janiero, while his father was in the Diplomatic Corps., to the late Albert Ogden Pierrot, II and Mrs. Barbara Ramsey Pierrot. He graduated from Emerson High School in Washingon, D.C. He furthered his education with an Undergraduate degree in history from the University Scholars Program at Portland State University, and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the American University in Washington, D.C. He worked for the Federal Government from 1984 to his retiremnt in 2003, and served in the United States Army for 3 years. He was a member of the MacGaowah Gun Club, the VFW, and shot traps on Sundays. He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Albert Ogden Pierrot, II. He is survived by his Wife-Virginia Lane (Hardy) Pierrot of Columbus, Miss.Mother-Barbara (Ramsey) Pierrot of the Washington, D.C. area; Sisters, Stephanie Marsh Pierrot and Virginia Pierrot Severi, both of the Washington, D.C. area; sister and brother in law-Jane Hardy Cease and Ron Cease; and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be ,Ric Christian, Mark Hardy, Will Hardy, Ray McIntyre, Sam Pilkington, Jeff Sandel, Jeff Steele, and Tom Whitaker. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Carlton Billups, Chip Billups, Dr. Ronald Cease, Jim Evans, Vernon Gregory, Houston Hardy, John Hardy, John Bailey Hardy, Rob Hardy, Tom Hardy, Lamar Kemp, Lamar Lancaster, Dr. Ernie Russell, Dr. Will Russell and Rufus Ward.
