Annie Mae Arnold Brown, age 91, died Friday, May 20, 2011 at Aurora Health and Rehabilitation in Columbus. Arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home. A family, graveside service will be held Sunday, May 22, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Bethel Church of Christ Cemetery in Lamar County, AL., with Rev. Al Hamm and Rev. Tim Derby officiating. Visitation will be held at Memorial Funeral Home Saturday, May 21, 2011 from 6:00 PM -8:00 PM. Mrs. Brown was born November 9, 1919 in Lamar County, AL to the late Fred Dewey and Nola M. Wallace Arnold. A resident of Columbus since 1945, Mrs. Brown was a longtime member of Victory Free Will Baptist Church. She retired from Seminole Manufacturing in Columbus with over twenty years of employment. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Leroy Brown, her son Roy Brown, her brothers Henry Arnold and Dewey Arnold, and her sisters Ruth Glaze and Edna Lucille Arnold. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Linda and Larry Maxey of Columbus, a granddaughter Lisa Wilson and two great grandsons Cody and Kasey Wilson.
