Dorothy H. "Dot" Moore Age 71 died May 9, 2007 at her Residence in Columbus, MS Services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, May 12, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Minister Joel Ellis Officiating burial will follow at Lone Oak Cemetery in Steens MS. Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, May 11, 2007 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Mrs. Moore was born on April 30, 1936 in Columbus to the late Benjamin Wesley and Nevada Monaghan Hawkins. She was a member of East Columbus Church of Christ and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son John Wesley Moore and her brother Eugene Owen Hawkins Sr. survivors include: Daughter-Terri Stockman (Chuck) of Caledonia, Miss. Son-Billy James Moore, Jr. of Sulligent, Ala.
