OPHIE LEE SILAS Ophie Lee Silas Age 79 died March 18, 2008 at The Arrington Place in Columbus. Services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, March 21, 2008 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Steve Lammons Officiating burial will follow at Howell Cemetery in Monroe County. Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, March 20, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Mrs. Silas was born on May 19, 1928 in Monroe County to the late Lawrence Roy and Hattie Noe Camp. She was a retired employee of the Glenda Collins Daycare, a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Survivors include: Son-Phil Silas (Patricia) of Mauldin, S.C. Son-Dana Silas (Susie) of Jackson, Tenn. Son-Gary Silas (Donna) of Columbus, Miss. Sister-Charlene Cook (Jimmy) of Columbus, Miss. Sister-Yevonne Stanford (Raymond) of Amory, Miss. Sister-Dorothy Dove of Columbus, Miss. Brother-James Camp (Ann) of Columbus, Miss. Brother-Randy Camp (Delana) of Hamilton, Miss.
