SHELTON LEE DAVIS Shelton Lee Davis Age 72 died March 2, 2007 at his Residence in Steens, MS Services will be held at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Monday, March 5, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Bishop Robert Honsinger Officiating burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, March 4, 2007 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Mr. Davis was born on April 23, 1934 in Calhoun County Arkansas to the late Ben Ferguson and Gladys Maybelle Davis. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He work for 25 years as an engineer for WCBI tv and radio, and 10 years as a custodian at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. survivors include: Wife-wife of 50 years Lydia S. Davis of Steens, Miss. Daughter-Genia Edmonds (Thomas) of Franklin, N.C. Daughter-Elizabeth Grindstaff (John) of Copperas Cove, Texas Daughter-Betty Bealis (Joseph) of Tuscaloosa, Ala. Son-Shelton Lee Davis, II (Brenda) of Greensburg, Ky. Son-John Davis (Margaret) of Steens, Miss. Sister-Katherine Coulter of Las Vegas, Nev. grandchildren-10 great grandchildren-5 family members and friends will serve as pallbearers
