Hilda H. Malone Hilda Henderson Malone age 87 died peacefully Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Windsor Nursing Home with her family by her side. Services for Mrs. Malone will be 11:00 AM Friday, February 8, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Melvin Mordecai officiating. Interment will follow at Egger Cemetery in Caledonia, MS. Visitation will be Friday one hour prior to the service at Memorial Funeral Home. Mrs. Malone was born May 4, 1925 in Caledonia, MS to the late Irene Myers and Willie Richard Henderson. She was a 1942 graduate of Caledonia High School and a member of Flint Hill Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Newman Allen Malone; sisters, Sue Henderson and Carrie Henderson. Mrs. Malone is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Whitten of Caledonia, MS; Beverly Burton of Ellenton, FL; and Diane Clark (Tony) of Columbus, MS; sisters, Wilma Henderson of Caledonia and Elaine Henderson of Caledonia; grandchildren: John Allen Whitten, Roger Burton, Brandy Clark, Rachel Burton and Brad Clark; great grandchildren, Ethan Clark, AvaGrace Burton, Tyler Gall and Maggie Gall. Pallbearers will be Tommy Vaughn, Henry Vaughn, Danny Malone, Karl Williams, Allen Jones and Wayne Duncan. Honorary pallbearers are the Staff of Windsor Place, Dwaine Clark, Herman Dove, Hoot West, Bud Myers, Don Myers, John Gilmer, Walt Willis, Jimmy Wood, Roy Lee Lindsey, Jeff Smith and Lardell Shaw.
