CHARLIE E. RICKS SR. Charlie Eugene Ricks Sr. age 75 died Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Aurora Health & Rehab in Columbus. Services will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Black officiating, burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Mr. Ricks was born on Friday, May 28, 1937 in Snyder, AR to the late Henry W. and Luella Pamphlin Ricks. He attended St. Stephens United Methodist Church and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was a retired truck driver and mechanic. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Tim Ricks.
