Irma Nell Honnoll age 83 died Thursday, August 05, 2010 at Aurora Health and Rehab in Columbus. Services will be held Saturday, August 07, 2010 at 2:30 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Joel Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at Furnace Hill Cemetery, Vernon AL. Visitation will be held at Memorial Funeral Home Saturday, August 07, 2010 from 1:00 PM until service time. Mrs. Honnoll was born on Monday, August 16, 1926 in Lamar County, AL to the late Haley J. and Celia Bobo Chaffin. She was a member of East Columbus Church of Christ, a homemaker, a former member of the Homemakers Club and formerly owned and operated Irmas Flowers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Alton Honnoll and her brother L.J. Chaffin. Survivors include her two daughters Patricia Wheeler (Doug), and Marilyn Lavender (Mike), both of Columbus, MS; five grandchildren Todd Wheeler (Candy), Scott Wheeler (Terri), Amanda Westmoreland (Josh), Jason Wheeler (Emily) and John Lavender (Kelly), and ten great grandchildren Thomas Lavender, Blake Wheeler, Dalton Wheeler, Anna Lavender, Sam Alton Westmoreland, Kate Wheeler, Taylor Wheeler, Wyatt Wheeler, Mary Wilemon Westmoreland and Ava Lavender. The Pallbearers will be Todd Wheeler, Scott Wheeler, Amanda Westmoreland, Jason Wheeler, John Lavender, and Thomas Lavender The Honorary Pallbearers will be Alvin Bobo, Eldon Barham, Wade Woods, Dr. Brad Brown, Dr. Brett Brown, and staff and caregivers at Aurora Health and Rehab.
