Otis Lavell Johnson age 58 died Thursday, February 04, 2010 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle in Columbus. Mr. Johnson was born on Wednesday, February 14, 1951 in Philadelphia, MS to the late Lavell and Ann Johnson. He was a retired offshore cook. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Faye Smith Johnson. Survivors include: His Daughter: Debra Shackelton, Columbus, MS and three grandchildren a memorial service will be held at a later date.
