JAMES G. THOMPSON James Gordon "Jim" Thompson Age 60 died January 27, 2009 at his residence in Fairhope, AL. Services will be held at Crawford United Methodist Church on Friday, January 30, 2009 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Howard "Buddy" Carroll officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Limb Cemetery in Crawford, MS. Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, January 29, 2009 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Mr. Thompson was born in Starkville to the late James G. Thompson and Ethel Boykin Thompson Coleman. He was a member of Crawford United Methodist Church and a former farm manager. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his step-father Benjamin "B.G." Coleman. survivors include: Wife -Margie J. Thompson of Fairhope, Ala. Mother -Ethel B. Coleman of Crawford, Miss. Daughters -Ashlie Dalton (Todd) of Madison, Miss. -Boykin Thompson of Fairhope, Ala. Son -James C. Thompson (Renee) of Fairfax, Va. Daughters -Paige Guin (Jason) of Livingston, Ala. -Tandra Morrison (Byron) of Wilmington, N.C. -Hope Cassebaum (Todd) of Lillian, Ala. Son -Damon Aust (Roxanne) of Foley, Ala.
