Robbie Cantrell Handley, age 70, of Columbus, Miss., died Thursday, October 9, 2008, at her residence in Columbus. Arrangements are being handled by Memorial Funeral Home Columbus, Miss., where visitation will be held Friday, October 10, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Her Funeral service will be held in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home Saturday, at 2:00 PM October 11, 2008 , with Rev. Bubba Dees officiating. Interment will follow at Hollis Family Cemetery near Beaverton, Ala. The daughter of the late Robert and Beulah McCraw Cantrell, Mrs. Handley was born November 18, 1937 in Lamar County, Al. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Millard Handley, and a daughter-in-law Elane L. Livingston. Mrs. Handley is survived by her three daughters, Doris Williams of Columbus, Miss., Regina Hall of Steens, Miss. and Debbie Bailey of Mobile, Ala.; two sons, Robert Livingston of Caledonia, Miss. and Milton Handley of Columbus, Miss.; three sisters, Iva Minor of Illinois, Mary Sue Hawkins of Sulligent, Ala. and Elive Stockman of Columbus, Miss. She is also survived by Eleven grandchildren and Eleven great-grandchildren . Pallbearers will be Casey Williams, C. J. Stockman, Greg Swindle, David Nelson, Robert Turner and Charlie Cantrell. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Unity Hospice Staff and 3rd Floor Nurses, BMH-GT will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
