Mrs. Spinner was born on Friday, April 13, 1917 in Neffs, OH to the late John and Ann Varga Tomascin. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Spinner and her son Richard Spinner. No services are planned.
