MIKE KILLEBREW Joseph Michael Killebrew Age 52 died October 30, 2006 in Columbus. Services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Don Harding Officiating burial will follow at Rowan Cemetery Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 1, 2006 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Mike was born on November 18, 1953 in San Antonio TX to the late Marty L. Killebrew and Miriam Hearn Killebrew. He was a graduate of Altus High School in Altus OK and attended Altus Junior College, he moved to Caledonia in 1973 where he worked at Killebrew's Grocery and Hardware, before contracting with Weyerhaueser, the State Forestry Commission and individual land owners. For the past 22 years he was self-employed working for area funeral homes. Mike was a former member of the Caledonia Jaycees and volunteer fire department. He enjoyed coaching girls softball and was survivors include: Daughter-Lindsey Killebrew of Caledonia, Miss. Mother-Miriam H. Killebrew of Caledonia, Miss.
