MARION "SIS" SMITH Marion Elizabeth "Sis" Smith Age 69 died February 27, 2008 at her Residence in Caledonia. Services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, March 2, 2008 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Albert Gore and Pastor Kenny Gardner Officiating burial will follow at Egger Cemetery. Visitation will be at Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, March 1, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Mrs. Smith was born on October 29, 1938 in Lowndes County to the late Grover Allen Peaks and Jean Mildred Stewart Peaks. She was a member of Caledonia United Methodist Church, a homemaker, and taught ceramics at Trinity Retirement Community. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one brother, James Allen Peaks, and one granddaughter, Heather Pennington. survivors include: Husband-Bobby Smith of Caledonia, Miss. Daughter-Sharon Fleming (Marc) of Caledonia, Miss. Daughter-Brenda Pennington (Ronnie) of Caledonia, Miss. Son-Tony Smith (Betsy) of Caledonia, Miss. Mother-Mildred Peaks of Columbus, Miss.
