GranJack's Legacy: How To Live a Joyful Life Being a true Christian is the most important thing in life. Being a Presbyterian Christian makes life even sweeter! Don't just sing your favorite songs to yourself throughout the day, but serenade others as well! I Can't Give You Anything But Love is a great signature song! The greeting, How-ARE-Ya, pronounced like the 50th state, is guaranteed to produce grins. Ask God to fill your heart with Christ's love for each person in your path. Listen, encourage and then help out. Don't miss an opportunity to dance, anytime or anywhere! Dancing refreshes both your joy and love for your mate. Cheek-to-cheek is always best, but to impress a crowd, be in shape to do the twist all the way to the floor and back up again. At church, find newcomers in the parking lot and find out all about them, as you escort them to the Sunday School classrooms and sanctuary. Ladies, appreciate it when gentlemen offer their arms as a courtesy. Repeat each Sunday, and soon you'll be welcoming everyone! In church committee meetings, draw out the quiet people. They have amazing ideas! In Sunday School make sure everyone takes part, and don't lay any guilt on anybody who is late, has missed coming lately or didn't read the lesson ahead of time. What counts is being there and learning from God's Word together! Remember, your church family needs YOU! Every person is a treasure, so show appreciation to everyone. Gentlemen, a kiss on the hand says it best! Always keep plenty of Coca-Cola and iced mugs in the freezer at work for all your clients, friends and family. After all, every day holds something to celebrate! Most Gracious God, Thank You for our dear GranJack, whose life taught us how depend on You, how to love and serve others and how to celebrate life!
